Restaurant Manager
Duties and responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
- Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Manage budgets, cost control, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.
- Drive revenue through service excellence and local marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years managerial experience in upscale restaurants.
- Strong leadership, financial literacy, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proven track record in staff development and guest recovery.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
Restaurant Supervisor
Duties and responsibilities
- Supervise shifts and support the Manager in daily operations.
- Coach service staff and uphold service standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve on-shift issues.
- Assist with inventory and opening/closing procedures.
Requirements
- 2+ years supervisory experience in a busy restaurant.
- Knowledge of service sequences and POS systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure and able to lead by example.
Barback
Duties and responsibilities
- Support bartenders: restock, prepare garnishes, manage glassware and ice.
- Maintain bar cleanliness and assist with beverage prep during service.

- Prior bar or restaurant experience preferred.
- Physically fit and able to work standing shifts.

Chef de Partie (CDP)

- Maintain mise en place, portion control, and plating standards.
- Train junior cooks and ensure kitchen hygiene and safety.

Requirements
- 2–4 years experience as CDP or strong commis ready for promotion.
