Duties & Responsibilities
Head Waiter/Waitress
- Supervise and support the service team during operations
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and floor staff

Waiter/Waitress
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests

Requirements
Head Waiter/Waitress
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within fine dining
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus

Waiter/Waitress
- Minimum 1 year of experience in upscale dining
