🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

Supervisors

• Oversee daily operations and ensure service standards
• Lead and support front‑of‑house teams
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational compliance

Servers

• Provide warm, attentive guest service
• Take orders accurately and upsell menu items
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
• Ensure smooth table turnover and guest satisfaction

Baristas

• Prepare high‑quality coffee and specialty beverages
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee station and equipment
• Manage stock levels and daily prep
• Engage guests with friendly, professional service
• Follow hygiene and safety standards

Cashiers

• Handle billing, POS operations, and cash management
• Provide accurate and friendly customer service
• Maintain cleanliness of cashier area
• Coordinate with service team for smooth operations
• Assist with closing reports and daily reconciliation

Runners

• Deliver food and beverages promptly
• Support servers during peak hours
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations
• Assist with table setup and clearing
• Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and floor

Bar Servers

• Serve beverages and assist bartenders
• Maintain bar cleanliness and guest areas
• Upsell beverages and signature drinks
• Ensure timely service during peak hours
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols

Mixologists

• Prepare cocktails and signature beverages
• Maintain bar inventory and stock rotation
• Engage guests with creative beverage presentations
• Ensure consistency in recipes and quality
• Maintain a clean, organized bar environment

Drivers

• Safely transport goods, staff, or materials
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition
• Follow delivery schedules and routes
• Assist with loading/unloading
• Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws

Chefs (Commis – Junior Sous)

• Assist in food preparation and cooking
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
• Support senior chefs during service
• Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
• Manage mise‑en‑place and stock rotation

Procurement

• Source and negotiate with suppliers
• Manage purchase orders and inventory
• Ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain supplier relationships
• Monitor quality and cost efficiency

Accounts

• Handle daily financial transactions
• Prepare reports and reconciliations
• Support budgeting and cost control
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate with management and auditors

HR

• Manage recruitment and onboarding
• Support employee relations and training
• Maintain HR documentation and compliance
• Assist with payroll and attendance
• Promote a positive workplace culture

Health & Safety

• Implement and monitor safety protocols
• Conduct inspections and risk assessments
• Train staff on safety procedures
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations
• Maintain incident reports and documentation

📌 Requirements (Mandatory for All Positions)

• Currently residing in the UAE
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Passionate, hardworking, and committed
