💼 Open Positions & Responsibilities
1. Senior Waiter
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level service with precision, warmth, and professionalism
- Present menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond proactively to requests
- Mentor junior waitstaff and support team development
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the dining area
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times
2. Hostess
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with elegance and warmth upon arrival
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists using booking systems
- Coordinate seating plans to optimize guest flow and experience
- Communicate effectively with service and kitchen teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with grace
- Maintain a polished appearance and welcoming demeanor
3. Bartender / Mixologist
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages with creativity and consistency
- Craft signature cocktails that reflect Bordomavi’s brand and style
- Engage guests with product knowledge and friendly interaction
- Monitor bar inventory and assist with ordering and stock rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
4. Assistant Restaurant Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle escalations professionally
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on business goals and KPIs
- Manage inventory, supplier coordination, and cost control
- Uphold brand standards and foster a culture of excellence
