M by Mirai Bahrain is hiring professional and guest-focused Waiters to join our front-of-house team. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering warm, attentive service that complements our precise cuisine and refined atmosphere. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Guest Service — Greet guests, present menus, explain daily specials, take accurate orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Order Management — Enter orders into the POS, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and monitor ticket times to maintain smooth service flow.
  • Table Maintenance — Set, clear, and reset tables to presentation standards; ensure cutlery, glassware, and condiments are correct.
  • Upselling and Recommendations — Make thoughtful menu and beverage suggestions to enhance the guest experience and increase average check.
  • Guest Relations — Respond to guest requests and feedback professionally; execute guest recovery when necessary.
  • Side Work and Prep — Complete side work, assist with mise en place, and support opening/closing duties as assigned.
  • Hygiene and Safety — Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible service procedures at all times.
  • Team Collaboration — Communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure timing, plating, and service standards are met.

Requirements

  • Experience — Prior experience in fine-dining, upscale casual, or high-volume restaurants preferred.
  • Service Skills — Strong knowledge of service sequences, table etiquette, and basic beverage service.
  • Communication — Clear, friendly English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Presentation — Professional appearance and polished manner.
  • Physical Stamina — Able to stand and walk for long shifts and carry trays when required.
  • Attitude — Positive, punctual, team-oriented, and guest-first mindset.
  • Availability — Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Legal — Right to work in Bahrain and any required local certifications.
