We are hiring professional, guest‑focused Waiters / Waitresses to join Miray Group’s restaurant team in Dubai. This role suits service professionals who take pride in attentive, efficient table service and creating memorable dining experiences. You will be responsible for taking accurate orders, delivering food and beverages promptly, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and well cared for throughout their visit. Candidates should be energetic, well‑groomed, and able to work calmly under pressure while collaborating closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house colleagues.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests when required and present menus with a friendly, professional manner.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and order accuracy.
  • Monitor guest needs throughout service, respond to requests, and proactively resolve minor issues.
  • Upsell menu items and daily specials in a natural, guest‑focused way.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, tables, and serviceware.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including side work, restocking, and basic cleaning.
  • Follow health and safety standards, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant service experience preferred; fine dining or high‑volume experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑first attitude.
  • Professional appearance and strong personal grooming standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Team player who can remain calm and efficient in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic numeracy and POS experience for handling bills and payments.
  • Multilingual ability is a plus.
