Store manage (Penti)

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Female Store Manager to lead our Penti store in Al Ain. This role is perfect for someone with a strong fashion retail background and a proven ability to manage teams and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service

• Oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and merchandising

• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and visual presentation guidelines

• Coach, mentor, and develop staff to reach their full potential

• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to implement growth strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion or lingerie

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Passion for fashion, trends, and customer engagement

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

• UAE work experience preferred
