Restaurant Supervisor – Orange Holding | Dubai

Orange Holding is looking for a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join its Dubai management team and keep every service running smoothly on the floor. You will be the link between the Restaurant Manager and the service team, leading shifts, briefing staff, supporting waiters, runners and hosts, and making sure each guest receives warm, polished and well-timed service. You will step in wherever needed, from greeting guests and handling requests to solving problems before they grow. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced waiter, captain or senior team member who is ready to step up, and for current supervisors who want to work with an expanding hospitality group that values talent, teamwork and exceptional guest experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise the floor team during service and run pre-shift briefings
  • Ensure service standards, table presentation and cleanliness are maintained
  • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and with a positive attitude
  • Support training and coaching of waiters, runners and hosts
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with opening and closing duties, stock checks and reports

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Captain or Senior Waiter in a quality restaurant
  • Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of fine-dining service and food and beverage products
  • Experience with POS systems
  • Good spoken English
  • Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends
