Restaurant Manager – Orange Holding | Dubai

Orange Holding is expanding its hospitality portfolio in Dubai and is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a dining venue where service, atmosphere and food come together at a high standard. In this role you will take full ownership of the daily running of the restaurant, from guiding the floor team through every service to keeping guest satisfaction, cost control and brand standards on track. You will work closely with the kitchen, bar and reservations teams, coach supervisors and hosts, and act as the face of the venue for guests, partners and the wider company. If you are a confident, hands-on leader with a strong background in upscale or high-volume restaurants in the UAE and a real passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, this is a chance to grow with a rapidly expanding group and shape a venue from the front.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead, schedule and motivate the full front-of-house team across every shift
  • Maintain consistently high service standards and resolve guest feedback quickly and professionally
  • Manage budgets, labour costs, stock control and revenue targets for the restaurant
  • Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and reservations teams to ensure smooth service
  • Recruit, train and develop staff while enforcing hygiene, health and safety rules

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a premium restaurant, ideally in Dubai or the GCC
  • Strong leadership, communication and guest-handling skills
  • Good knowledge of P&L management, cost control and POS systems
  • Valid food safety and hygiene knowledge
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays
