Reservations Manager – Orange Holding | Dubai

Orange Holding is hiring a Reservations Manager in Dubai to take charge of how guests book, plan and experience its venues from the very first contact. You will oversee all bookings by phone, email and online channels, manage table allocation and seating plans, and work with the Restaurant Manager and host team to maximise covers while protecting the guest experience. You will handle VIP requests, large groups and special occasions with care, keep guest records accurate, and report on demand and cancellations. If you are organised, personable and commercially minded, with a strong background in restaurant or hotel reservations, this is an opportunity to play a key role in a growing hospitality group.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all reservations, waiting lists and table allocation across channels
  • Maintain the booking system and keep guest profiles and preferences accurate
  • Handle VIP, group and private dining requests with the front-of-house team
  • Lead and train reservations and host team members
  • Track booking trends, no-shows and cancellations and report to management

Requirements

  • Experience as a Reservations Manager, Supervisor or Senior Agent in a restaurant or hotel
  • Strong knowledge of reservation platforms and POS systems
  • Excellent communication, organisation and multitasking skills
  • Polished phone and email manner with a guest-first mindset
  • Fluent English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak periods
