Warwick Doha is looking for enthusiastic and service‑oriented Receptionists to join our Front Office team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in creating warm, memorable guest experiences and who thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in shaping their impression of the hotel—ensuring every arrival, stay, and departure is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. We are seeking candidates who are confident communicators, attentive to detail, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and handle check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records and update guest profiles in the system
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and manage cash transactions
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front office or customer‑service role preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel systems is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong customer‑service mindset and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
