We are now seeking a friendly, energetic, and service‑oriented Bellman to join our Front Office team. As a Bellman, you will be one of the first faces guests encounter, assisting with luggage, transportation needs, and providing helpful information to ensure a smooth and memorable stay. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
  • Assist with luggage handling, storage, and delivery to guest rooms
  • Provide directions, hotel information, and local recommendations
  • Arrange transportation services such as taxis, shuttles, or private cars
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas
  • Support Front Office operations during busy periods
  • Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
  • Ensure safety and security when managing guest belongings
  • Uphold Radisson’s “Yes I Can!” service philosophy in every interaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for guest service
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage safely
  • Basic English communication; Thai language skills are beneficial
  • Professional appearance and a team‑oriented mindset
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
