Duties and Responsibilities
Store Manager
- Duties: Lead overall store operations; set and achieve sales targets; manage P&L awareness; recruit, train and develop store staff; ensure excellent customer service and complaint resolution; maintain inventory control and visual standards; implement company policies and loss prevention measures.
- Requirements: Minimum 5 years retail management experience; proven track record hitting sales and margin targets; strong leadership and people development skills; excellent communication in English; proficiency with POS and inventory systems; flexible schedule and ability to travel between locations.
Department Manager
- Duties: Oversee a specific department within the store; drive department sales and merchandising; coach and schedule department team members; monitor stock levels and replenishment; ensure product presentation meets brand guidelines.
- Requirements: 3–5 years retail supervisory experience; strong product knowledge; ability to analyze sales data and act on trends; team coaching skills; reliable and customer‑centric.
Sales Supervisor
- Duties: Supervise daily sales floor activities; support sales associates to meet targets; manage shift operations; handle customer escalations; assist with visual merchandising and stock management.
- Requirements: 2–4 years retail sales experience; demonstrated ability to motivate teams; strong customer service orientation; basic reporting and cash handling skills.
Senior Visual Commercial
- Duties: Lead visual merchandising strategy across stores; design and implement seasonal displays and floor plans; mentor Visual Commercial team; ensure brand consistency and high visual standards; collaborate with buying and marketing teams on launches and campaigns.
- Requirements: 4+ years visual merchandising experience in retail; strong creative portfolio; excellent project management and communication skills; proficiency with visual planning tools; ability to travel between stores.
Visual Commercial
- Duties: Execute visual merchandising plans; set up displays, window installations and in‑store signage; maintain visual standards daily; assist with stock rotation and product placement.
- Requirements: 1–3 years merchandising or retail display experience; eye for detail and strong manual skills; ability to follow creative briefs; reliable and physically able to handle installations.
