1. Waiters / Waitresses
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with confidence
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained throughout service
- Provide attentive, personalized service and anticipate guest needs
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
2. Housekeepers
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards
- Replenish amenities and ensure rooms are fully stocked and guest-ready
- Report maintenance issues and follow safety protocols
- Handle laundry and linen with care and efficiency
- Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards across all assigned areas
3. Bartenders
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment
- Engage guests with product knowledge and friendly conversation
- Ensure compliance with safety and licensing regulations
