Front of House Roles

1. Hostess

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage reservations and seating plans
  • Coordinate guest flow during busy periods
  • Assist with guest inquiries and special requests

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, polished, and guest‑focused demeanor
  • Experience with reservation systems is an advantage

2. Baristas

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare high‑quality coffee and specialty beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Engage with guests and provide product recommendations
  • Ensure consistency in beverage presentation and taste

Requirements

  • Previous barista experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
  • Positive attitude and passion for guest service

3. Waiters/Waitresses
