Job Descriptions & Requirements:

1. Mixologist

Job Description:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Create innovative drink menus and develop unique signature cocktails for the restaurant.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked bar area.
  • Ensure that all drink recipes and presentations meet company standards.
  • Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and provide excellent service.
  • Manage inventory and monitor stock levels of liquor, garnishes, and bar supplies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mixologist, preferably in an Indian restaurant or similar F&B setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques.
  • Ability to create innovative and high-quality drinks.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

2. Barmaid

Job Description:

  • Serve drinks to customers at the bar with excellent customer service.
  • Assist with setting up the bar before opening and cleaning up after closing.
  • Ensure the bar is fully stocked and organized.
  • Take orders from customers and offer recommendations based on preferences.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and provide attentive service throughout their visit.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Barmaid or Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards.

3. Captain (Female)

Job Description:

  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of the front-of-house team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Welcome guests, take orders, and provide a memorable dining experience.
  • Supervise waitstaff and ensure that service standards are met.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure the dining area is well-maintained and clean.
  • Assist with training and mentoring new staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Captain or Senior Waitstaff, preferably in an Indian restaurant or upscale dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and ensure smooth service operations.
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Female candidates preferred due to role-specific requirements.

4. Waitress

Job Description:

  • Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
  • Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu.
  • Deliver food orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure guests have a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Waitress in a restaurant setting (Indian restaurant experience preferred).
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

5. Waiter

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders, serving food, and attending to their needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
  • Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and provide assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Waiter in a fast-paced dining environment (Indian restaurant experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
