What We’re Looking For:
- Waiters: Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about providing guests with top-tier service. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring that every dining experience is extraordinary.
- Food Runners: Energetic, detail-oriented, and always on the move. As a Food Runner, you’ll ensure food and beverages are delivered to our guests with precision, maintaining the speed and accuracy needed for a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities for Both Roles:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Take and deliver food and drink orders to guests promptly.
- Ensure that orders are accurate and food is presented beautifully.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to maintain efficient service.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
