Head Hostess

Duties and responsibilities

  • Oversee the host team and front‑door operations; manage seating flow and waitlists.
  • Coordinate with FOH managers and reservations to optimize guest experience.
  • Train and mentor host staff; maintain presentation and service standards.
    Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years FOH experience, with supervisory exposure.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; professional presentation.
  • Flexibility for evenings, weekends and peak service hours.

Hostess

Duties and responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests warmly; manage the waiting area and reservations check‑in.
  • Maintain accurate table status and communicate guest needs to service team.
  • Assist with phone and in‑person enquiries.
    Requirements
  • 1–2 years hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Friendly, composed manner and good phone etiquette.
  • Basic English; additional languages advantageous.

Reservations Agent (Arabic speaker)

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage reservation system, confirm bookings, and handle guest enquiries by phone and email.
  • Liaise with FOH and management to manage covers and special requests.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and assist with VIP or group bookings.
    Requirements
  • Fluent Arabic and strong English; additional languages a plus.
  • Experience with reservation platforms and strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Head Waitress

Duties and responsibilities

  • Lead the service team on shift; ensure consistent, high‑quality guest service.
  • Oversee order accuracy, timing and coordination with kitchen.
  • Coach servers on upselling, menu knowledge and service standards.
    Requirements
  • Proven supervisory experience in upscale dining.
  • Deep knowledge of service techniques and beverage pairing.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and guest recovery skills.

Junior Sous Chef – Sushi

Duties and responsibilities

  • Support the sushi kitchen in daily prep, mise en place and service execution.
  • Prepare sushi and sashimi to recipe and presentation standards.
  • Maintain hygiene, stock rotation and assist with menu development.
    Requirements
  • Culinary qualification or equivalent experience; sushi experience preferred.
  • Knife skills, fish handling knowledge and commitment to food safety.
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with kitchen brigade.

Chef de Partie – Sushi

Duties and responsibilities

  • Run the sushi station during service; ensure consistency and speed.
  • Execute menu items, maintain quality control and train junior kitchen staff.
  • Monitor inventory for the station and report needs to sous chef.
    Requirements
  • Strong sushi station experience and technical skillset.
  • Knowledge of Japanese ingredients, rice preparation and fish butchery.
  • Reliable, organized and able to maintain high standards during peak service.
