Duties and Responsibilities

Restaurant Manager

Duties

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring service flow, guest satisfaction, and brand standards.
  • Lead FOH teams, conduct briefings, and manage schedules.
  • Monitor P&L, control costs, and drive revenue initiatives.
  • Handle guest relations, complaints, and VIP service.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years managerial experience in F&B; Dubai/Middle East experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, financial acumen, and operational discipline.
  • Excellent communication and guest‑service skills.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.

Restaurant Supervisor

Duties

  • Support the Manager in supervising FOH service and staff performance.
  • Run shifts, manage table allocation, and ensure service standards.
  • Train and coach servers and assistant servers.
  • Address guest queries and minor complaints.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years FOH supervisory experience.
  • Confident on‑floor presence and team coaching ability.
  • Good organizational skills and service knowledge.

Head Chef

Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations, menu development, and quality control.
  • Manage brigade, training, and kitchen discipline.
  • Control food cost, inventory, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure HACCP and local food safety compliance.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years senior culinary experience; Head Chef or Exec Sous background preferred.
  • Strong menu engineering and cost management skills.
  • Culinary qualification is an advantage.

Chef de Partie

Duties

  • Manage a specific station, prepare dishes to recipe and presentation standards.
  • Maintain mise en place and station readiness.
  • Mentor commis and support section efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience as CDP or similar.
  • Technical competence in assigned station and time management.

Demi Chef de Partie

Duties

  • Assist CDP with prep, cooking, and plating.
  • Maintain cleanliness and support service during peak periods.
  • Learn and apply station techniques.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years kitchen experience; strong Commis I background preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and follow direction.

Commis I / II / III

  • Commis I: Advanced prep, support station leadership, assist Demi/CDP.
  • Commis II: Intermediate prep, maintain station readiness, support service.
  • Commis III: Basic prep, cleaning, and foundational tasks while learning skills.

Requirements

  • Commis I: 2–3 years experience.
  • Commis II: 1–2 years experience.
  • Commis III: 6 months–1 year experience or strong potential.
  • Basic knife skills, food safety awareness, teamwork.

Kitchen Assistant

Duties

  • Basic prep tasks, washing, peeling, portioning, and stewarding duties.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.
  • Assist with deliveries and stock rotation.

Requirements

  • Prior kitchen or stewarding experience advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.

Bartender

Duties

  • Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and beverage service to recipe standards.

  • 2–3 years bartending experience; knowledge of mixology and bar operations.

Barista
