Assistant Restaurant Manager Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years in supervisory or assistant manager roles in restaurants or cafés.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, coaching ability, and a hands-on approach to service.
- Qualifications: Hospitality certification preferred; fluent in English; adaptable to a dynamic environment.
