This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, converting leads into profitable business, and collaborating with revenue, marketing, and operations to deliver integrated commercial solutions. The Sales Manager will manage an assigned portfolio, lead site inspections and client presentations, and contribute to forecasting and promotional planning. Ideal candidates combine a hunter’s drive with excellent account management skills, a solid understanding of hotel distribution channels, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and measurable revenue results.

Reports to: Senior Sales Manager / Assistant Director of Sales
Duties and responsibilities
- Account management — Maintain and grow an assigned portfolio of corporate, agency, and leisure accounts; ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date.
- Business development — Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities; prepare proposals, RFP responses, and commercial offers.
- Client engagement — Conduct client visits, site inspections, and presentations; host client site tours and familiarization trips.
- Group coordination — Support group bookings from inquiry to post-stay follow-up; coordinate with Reservations and Operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaboration with Revenue and Marketing — Align offers and promotions with revenue strategies; provide market intelligence and feedback for targeted campaigns.
- Reporting and forecasting — Maintain pipeline activity, produce weekly/monthly reports, and contribute to sales forecasts and account reviews.
- Representation — Attend industry events and networking functions to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
Requirements
- Experience — 2–4 years of hotel or hospitality sales experience with proven account management results.
- Education — Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Skills — Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills; CRM proficiency; confident user of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Commercial awareness — Ability to analyze market trends and convert insights into actionable sales activity.
- Communication — Professional fluency in English; strong written and verbal communication.
- Availability — Flexible to attend client meetings, site inspections, and occasional evening or weekend events.
- Work authorization — Eligible to work in the Philippines.
- Personal attributes — Results-driven, proactive, organized, and customer-focused.
