Warwick Doha is seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the hotel’s commercial success. As a key representative of Warwick Doha, you will engage with corporate, leisure, and government clients to promote our rooms, facilities, and services. We are particularly interested in candidates who bring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key market segments
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and accounts
  • Conduct sales calls, client visits, and site inspections
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow‑up communications
  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Participate in sales events, trade shows, and networking activities
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities

Requirements

  • Preferably Filipino candidates currently based in Qatar
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Qatar hospitality market is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Opera or other hotel systems is a plus
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer‑service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
