As an essential link between the kitchen and the dining floor, the Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth service flow, timely delivery of dishes, and an exceptional guest experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests promptly
• Ensure dishes are presented correctly and delivered to the right tables
• Clear tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness of service stations
• Support waitstaff during busy service periods
• Assist with setting up and resetting tables
• Maintain smooth communication between FOH and BOH teams
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Strong work ethic and ability to move quickly and efficiently
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest service
