Lead one of our vibrant venues as Restaurant Manager, owning daily operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction. You will set service standards, drive revenue, and create a welcoming culture where guests and staff thrive. This role requires a hands-on leader who moves seamlessly between floor and back-of-house priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Operational leadership: oversee opening and closing procedures, shift planning, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Team management: recruit, train, coach, and motivate front- and back-of-house staff to deliver consistent service excellence.
- Guest experience: ensure high standards of hospitality, handle guest feedback professionally, and resolve issues to maintain loyalty.
- Financial performance: manage budgets, control costs, optimize labor scheduling, and drive sales through upselling and promotions.
- Inventory and suppliers: supervise stock control, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain quality and minimize waste.
- Reporting and administration: prepare daily and weekly reports, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans to meet targets.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within high-volume, full-service restaurants.
- Skills: strong leadership, excellent communication, proven ability to manage P&L and control costs.
- Attributes: decisive, guest-focused, resilient under pressure, and a natural mentor.
- Availability: flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays; immediate start preferred.
- Languages: fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
