The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising catering staff, ensuring food safety compliance, monitoring inventory, and supporting smooth meal service operations. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily catering operations, including meal preparation and service.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and served according to quality and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain timely meal schedules.
  • Monitor food inventory, storage, and consumption; report shortages promptly.
  • Oversee staff performance, scheduling, and task assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and dining areas.
  • Assist in menu planning and portion control as required.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve service‑related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of meals served, supplies used, and staff attendance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and catering operations.
  • Ability to lead and motivate multicultural teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work in fast‑paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with HACCP standards and catering best practices.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts when required.
