We are hiring a results‑driven Catering Sales Executive to grow Miray Group’s catering and events business in Dubai. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who combines strong commercial instincts with excellent client service. You will develop leads, build relationships with corporate and private clients, prepare proposals and menus, and coordinate closely with operations to deliver flawless events. The successful candidate will be target‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and event details from inquiry through execution.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold outreach, and follow‑ups.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and quotations including menus, pricing, and event logistics.
  • Conduct client meetings and tastings to present concepts and close contracts.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure deposits, ensuring commercial terms protect margins.
  • Liaise with operations and kitchen teams to confirm event requirements, timelines, and staffing.
  • Manage client communications throughout planning and on the event day to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and post‑event feedback.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to promotional and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in F&B, catering, or events; hospitality sales background preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with a client‑focused approach.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tight deadlines.
  • Professional appearance and polished communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including event days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Proficiency with CRM and MS Office; familiarity with catering/event software is an advantage.
  • Multilingual ability is a plus.
