Bar Manager – Orange Holding | Dubai

Orange Holding is seeking a creative and commercially focused Bar Manager to lead the beverage program at one of its Dubai venues. You will manage the bar team, shape cocktail and drinks menus, control stock and costs, and make sure every guest enjoys consistent, high-quality drinks and service. Working with the Restaurant Manager, Head Bartender and sommelier, you will keep the bar lively, profitable and compliant with licensing and safety rules. If you have a strong background in premium bars or restaurants, a good eye for trends and a talent for developing people, this is a great chance to build your career with an expanding hospitality group.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead, schedule and train the bar team including bartenders and barbacks
  • Develop and update drinks and cocktail menus with the team
  • Manage stock, ordering, wastage and beverage cost targets
  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with licensing rules
  • Maintain bar standards, cleanliness and guest satisfaction at every service

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Head Bartender in a premium venue, preferably in the UAE
  • Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails and mixology
  • Strong leadership, costing and inventory skills
  • Good communication and guest-handling skills
  • Fluent English
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
