📋 Role Responsibilities & Candidate Requirements
Leadership & Management Roles
- Key Duties: Develop strategic business plans, oversee departmental KPIs, manage operational budgets, and lead high-performing teams to hit revenue targets.
- Requirements: 7–10+ years of UAE automotive experience, proven leadership in a dealership environment, and strong analytical skills.
Sales & Customer Relations
- Key Duties: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, provide expert technical product knowledge to customers, and maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
- Requirements: Excellent communication skills (English is mandatory, Arabic is a major advantage) and 2+ years of experience in retail sales or hospitality.
Technical & Aftersales Operations
- Key Duties: Oversee workshop throughput, ensure quality control standards are met, and manage warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Requirements: Deep technical understanding of modern vehicle systems, experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), and high attention to detail.
