Front of House Team (Waiters, Hosts, Supervisors)
- Deliver seamless, attentive service in fast-paced settings
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize every interaction
- Maintain floor flow, table turnover, and ambiance
- Uphold grooming, etiquette, and brand standards
Back of House Team (Chefs, Commis, Kitchen Support)
- Execute dishes with precision, speed, and consistency
- Maintain hygiene, prep, and station readiness
- Collaborate with service teams for smooth operations
- Adapt to high-volume service with calm and control
Bar Team (Bartenders, Barbacks, Mixologists)
- Craft signature cocktails and serve with flair
- Engage guests with product knowledge and personality
- Maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and speed of service
- Innovate and contribute to seasonal drink menus
Guest Experience Experts
- Manage reservations, VIPs, and special requests
- Ensure every touchpoint reflects luxury and care
- Handle feedback and recovery with professionalism
- Coordinate with FOH and management for seamless delivery
Party Experts (Event Hosts, Vibe Managers, Floor Leads)
- Create and sustain high-energy atmospheres
- Read the room and elevate guest engagement
- Coordinate music, lighting, and crowd flow
- Be the face of the vibe—confident, charismatic, in control
