đź‘Ą Open Roles & Responsibilities
Front of House
- Supervisor: Lead service operations, train staff, manage guest flow, and uphold brand standards.
- Waiter / Waitress: Deliver warm, attentive service, take orders, and ensure smooth table turnover.
- Food Runner: Support waitstaff by delivering dishes promptly and maintaining service stations.
Kitchen Team
- Kitchen Manager: Oversee kitchen operations, manage inventory, and ensure food safety compliance.
- Chef de Partie (CDP): Run a kitchen section, execute dishes with precision, and mentor junior chefs.
- Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP): Assist CDPs, prep ingredients, and maintain cleanliness.
- Commis Chef: Support daily prep, learn station responsibilities, and uphold hygiene standards.
- Steward: Maintain kitchen cleanliness, wash equipment, and assist with waste management.

Barista / Coffee Team
