👨‍🍳 Head Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all kitchen operations and culinary strategy
  • Develop innovative menus aligned with Chef Grégoire Berger’s vision
  • Manage kitchen staff, training, and performance
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with management on cost control and supplier relations

👨‍🍳 Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in daily operations
  • Supervise kitchen stations and ensure smooth service flow
  • Train and mentor junior chefs
  • Monitor food safety and kitchen cleanliness
  • Assist in menu development and inventory management

👨‍🍳 Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen (grill, pastry, etc.)
  • Prepare dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain mise en place and station hygiene
  • Coordinate with other sections for timely service
  • Train commis chefs and support team development

🧼 Cleaner

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness across kitchen, dining, and back-of-house areas
