Position Details:

Job Title	Job Description	Key Responsibilities	Requirements
Floor Supervisor	The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the floor and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.	– Supervise and manage the team of servers and staff on the floor. – Ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations. – Resolve customer complaints or concerns. – Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the floor. – Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.	– Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting. – Strong leadership and communication skills. – Ability to handle high-pressure situations. – Excellent customer service skills.
Manager	The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations, from staff management to customer service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.	– Manage the daily operations of the restaurant or café. – Lead, train, and motivate the team. – Ensure high standards of food and service quality. – Monitor and improve customer satisfaction. – Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory management.	– Proven experience as a Manager or in a similar role. – Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. – Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Barista	The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages while maintaining a clean and friendly environment for guests.	– Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages. – Ensure high-quality presentation and taste. – Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment. – Provide friendly, attentive service to customers. – Maintain inventory and handle cash registers.	– Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred. – Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment. – Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude. – Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
