📝 Role: MEP Supervisor
As an MEP Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across various projects. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and within budget, while leading a team of technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of MEP systems.
- Coordinate installation, testing, and maintenance of MEP systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Provide leadership and guidance to MEP technicians.
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with quality standards.
🌟 Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in MEP or related fields.
