Job Position: Housekeeping Staff
Job Description:
As a Housekeeping Staff member, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall guest experience within our hotel and facility. You will ensure that all rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas following established procedures.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms and public areas.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working order.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned in accordance with our quality standards, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are adhered to at all times.
- Assist with laundry tasks, including sorting, folding, and replenishing linens.
- Work efficiently and respectfully within a team to meet deadlines and guest expectations.
- Maintain confidentiality of all guest information and personal details.
Job Requirements:
To be considered for the Housekeeping Staff position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the hotel industry in a housekeeping role.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Good communication skills, with an ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
- Personal Attributes:
- Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering quality service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of service.
- Language: Basic proficiency in English is preferred. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the UAE.
