📝 Duties & Responsibilities
Waiters & Waitresses
- Greet and serve guests with warmth and attentiveness
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism
Floor Supervisor (Arabic Speaker)
- Oversee daily floor operations and team coordination
- Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction
- Train and guide front-of-house staff
- Handle VIP guests and special requests
- Monitor table turnover and optimize seating flow
- Communicate effectively in Arabic and English
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Must be currently residing in the UAE
- Prior hospitality experience is mandatory
- Ready to start immediately (no notice period)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Arabic fluency required for Floor Supervisor role
