📝 Duties & Responsibilities
Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Support daily operations and lead FOH team
- Ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and inventory control
Commis Waiter
- Assist senior waitstaff in delivering food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of service areas
- Ensure prompt and courteous service
Head Receptionist
- Manage guest reservations and walk-ins
- Supervise reception team and ensure smooth front desk operations
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally
Receptionist / Hostess
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage seating arrangements and reservation system
- Coordinate with service team for smooth guest flow
Head Barista
- Lead the coffee station and barista team
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation
- Manage inventory and maintain equipment
Barista
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Engage with guests and maintain a clean workstation
- Support the Head Barista in daily operations
✅ Must-Have Requirements
- Currently based in the UAE
- Prior hospitality experience is essential
- Ready to start immediately (no notice period)
