- Reservations Agent
- Job Description: The Reservations Agent is responsible for managing and processing guest reservations, ensuring a smooth booking experience. You will assist guests with queries, provide information on room availability, and handle bookings with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and online inquiries for room bookings.
- Providing accurate information about room rates, availability, and hotel services.
- Processing and confirming reservations efficiently.
- Ensuring proper guest communication before, during, and after check-in.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior hotel or reservations experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Front Office Associates
- Job Description: As a Front Office Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests. You will ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process and provide outstanding customer service throughout the guest’s stay.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handling guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Hotel experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Telephone Operator
- Job Description: The Telephone Operator is responsible for managing internal and external telephone communications. You will ensure that all calls are handled promptly and professionally, while providing assistance and information to guests.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and transferring calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing information and assistance to guests as required.
- Handling emergency calls and providing necessary support to guests.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Housekeeping Attendants
- Job Description: As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms and public areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will help ensure guests have a comfortable and welcoming experience.

- Telephone Operator
- Job Description: The Telephone Operator at Grand Villaggio Hotel is responsible for managing the hotel’s phone system, answering calls, transferring them to the appropriate departments, and assisting guests as needed.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and providing assistance or information as required.
- Directing calls to relevant departments or team members.
- Responding to guest inquiries and offering personalized service.
- Required Skills & Experience:
