Job Title: F&B Expert – Waiter/Waitress
Location: The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina
Position Description:
As an F&B Expert – Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will ensure prompt and friendly service, maintain cleanliness and organization in your assigned area, and provide guests with knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverages. You will be expected to uphold the highest standards of service while demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm.
Job Description:
- Greet guests promptly and offer assistance with menu choices and recommendations.
- Take orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Ensure guests’ needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing and setting tables.
- Work closely with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a polite and efficient manner.
- Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant as required.
- Ensure all restaurant procedures are followed in terms of food safety, cleanliness, and quality control.

Position Description:
As an F&B Expert – Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering our restaurant. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, greeting guests with a warm smile, and ensuring that all guests are seated efficiently. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of the restaurant and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
Job Description:
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their assigned tables.
- Manage reservations and guest seating arrangements in an efficient manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries about the restaurant, menu, and reservations.
- Assist with guest waitlists and ensure timely seating of guests.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient guest service.
- Maintain a clean and organized hostess station and dining area.
- Monitor and manage guest flow to minimize waiting times and ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements:

You will be expected to mix drinks, serve alcohol responsibly, maintain cleanliness, and assist with ensuring a smooth operation of the bar area.
Job Description:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and procedures.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and serving them promptly.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and stocked bar area.
- Check the identification of guests to verify they meet the legal drinking age requirements.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Ensure proper storage of beverages and supplies, and manage inventory levels.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and ensure the bar area remains clean and tidy.
- Assist in organizing events and promotions at the bar, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English; Russian, Portuguese, or Spanish speaker preferred.
- Locally available candidates are preferable.
- Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
