1. Guest Service Associate – Front Office (Opera Knowledge Required)
   Location: Front Office
   Job Description:
   As a Guest Service Associate at Flora Hospitality, you will be the first point of contact for guests. Your responsibilities include check-in/check-out procedures, providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries. Experience with Opera PMS is a must.
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures.
     • Answer guest queries and resolve complaints.
     • Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
     • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
   • Skills Required:
     • Previous experience in front office operations.
     • Knowledge of Opera PMS.
     • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Commis 1 – Indian Cuisine
   Location: Kitchen (Indian Section)
   Job Description:
   A talented and enthusiastic Commis 1 for our Indian cuisine section. You will assist in preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and supporting the kitchen team.
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Assist in preparation and cooking of Indian dishes.
     • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen.
     • Follow recipes and cooking techniques.
     • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards.
   • Skills Required:
     • Previous experience in Indian cuisine.
     • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations.
     • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Commis 1 – Continental Cuisine
   Location: Kitchen (Continental Section)
   Job Description:
   We are looking for a passionate Commis 1 for our Continental section. You will support the kitchen team in preparing dishes to meet quality standards and guest expectations.
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Assist in the preparation of Continental dishes.
     • Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained.
     • Follow food preparation guidelines.
     • Help in organizing and cleaning the kitchen.
   • Skills Required:
     • Previous experience in Continental cuisine.
     • Good understanding of food preparation techniques.
     • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
4. Housekeeping Supervisor
   Location: Housekeeping Department
   Job Description:
   As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee housekeeping operations, manage the housekeeping staff, ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, and maintain high standards of service.
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
     • Inspect rooms and public areas regularly.
     • Train and motivate housekeeping staff.
     • Ensure inventory control of cleaning supplies and linens.
   • Skills Required:
     • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.

5. Linen Attendant
   Location: Housekeeping Department
   Job Description:

     • Assist with setting up and closing down dining areas.
