💼 Open Positions & Responsibilities


🛎️ FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT

1. Front Desk Agents (5) – Arabic / Russian Speakers Preferred

  • Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures
  • Manage room assignments and special requests using Marriott systems
  • Provide personalized service and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and reservations for seamless operations

2. Concierge cum Bellmen (3)

  • Assist guests with luggage handling and room escorting
  • Provide local recommendations and concierge services
  • Maintain lobby cleanliness and readiness
  • Support front desk operations during peak hours

3. Guest Relations Agent – Russian Speaker

  • Handle VIP arrivals and personalized guest services
  • Maintain guest profiles and preferences
  • Resolve concerns promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with all departments to enhance guest experience

🧺 HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT

4. Housekeeping Supervisor – Marriott Experience Preferred

  • Supervise room attendants and daily assignments
  • Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and readiness
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff
  • Manage linen inventory and ensure hygiene standards

5. Housekeeping Room Attendants (11)

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to Marriott brand standards
  • Replenish amenities and ensure guest comfort
  • Report maintenance issues and follow safety protocols
  • Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas

📞 RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT

6. Reservations Supervisor – Marriott Experience Preferred

  • Oversee daily reservations operations and team coordination
  • Manage group bookings and special packages
  • Monitor room availability and optimize occupancy
  • Train and support reservations agents

7. Reservations Agent (1)

  • Handle reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Input and update bookings accurately in Marriott systems
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide rate and availability information
  • Coordinate with front office and sales teams

🏋️ RECREATION DEPARTMENT

8. Gym Instructors (2)

  • Welcome guests and provide fitness guidance
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of gym facilities
  • Conduct basic training sessions and assist with equipment usage
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promote wellness programs

🛡️ SECURITY DEPARTMENT

9. Security Supervisor

  • Oversee daily security operations and team coordination
  • Monitor CCTV and patrol hotel premises
  • Handle incident reports and ensure guest and staff safety
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures
