Position Descriptions:

1. Head Chef – Catering Production

Location: Kitchen Production in Al Quoz

As the Head Chef – Catering Production, you will lead the catering production team in crafting extraordinary culinary experiences for our high-profile guests. Your role will involve overseeing menu development, food preparation, and the execution of large-scale events, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the catering production team to create exceptional, high-quality dishes for private events, special occasions, and group gathering.
  • Oversee the development of menus, ensuring they reflect luxury and innovation while aligning with our brand’s exceptional standard.
  • Manage food preparation, kitchen operations, and the seamless execution of large-scale events and catering service.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff and event planners to ensure smooth service and an unforgettable dining experienc.
  • Monitor food inventory and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize wast.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety in all kitchen area.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and leadership to kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and outstanding culinary deliver.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role within a 5-star hotel or gastronomic restauran.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale catering operations and high-profile event.
  • Expertise in menu development, food preparation, and catering productio.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse and skilled tea.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellenc.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and under pressure, ensuring consistent, high-quality result.
  • Strong communication and organizational skill.
  • Passion for delivering extraordinary culinary experiences to high-profile guest.
  • Prior experience in luxury dining or event catering is preferre.

2. Head Chef – Restaurant Cruise

Location: Dhow Dubai Festival City Waterfront

As the Head Chef – Restaurant Cruise, you will oversee the culinary operations aboard our luxury dhow, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. Your responsibilities will include menu creation, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes in a unique setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative menus that align with the luxury experience of dining on a dho.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meet the highest standard.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environmen.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitche.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfactio.
  • Monitor inventory and ordering of supplies to maintain optimal stock level.
  • Handle special dietary requests and customize menus as neede.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a leadership culinary role, preferably in a cruise or luxury dining settin.
  • Proven track record in menu development and high-quality food preparatio.
  • Strong leadership and team management skill.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilitie.

3. Nest (Housekeeping) Manager

Location: Desert Camp, Dubai UAE – Nest by Sonara – Refined Desert Glamping

As the Nest (Housekeeping) Manager, you will lead the housekeeping team to ensure a seamless and unforgettable guest experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeing guest accommodations, managing daily housekeeping operations, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail across the NEST Camp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and servic.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of guest accommodations, ensuring they meet luxury standard.
  • Manage daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling and inventory contro.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are me.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfactio.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experienc.
  • Maintain records of housekeeping activities and report on performance metric.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a housekeeping management role within a 5-star hote.
  • Strong leadership and team management skill.
