✨ Duties & Responsibilities
Catering Supervisor
- Manage catering operations and team performance
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Coordinate event setups and service delivery
- Liaise with clients and resolve service issues
Head Waiter
- Lead service team and oversee dining operations
- Assign tables and monitor guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor junior staff
- Ensure smooth coordination with kitchen
Waiter / Waitress
- Greet guests and take orders
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and table setup
- Provide attentive customer service
Live Cook
- Prepare and present dishes in live cooking stations
- Maintain food quality and hygiene
- Interact with guests during service
- Support kitchen team during prep
Kitchen Steward
- Clean kitchen equipment and utensils
- Assist with waste disposal and dishwashing
- Maintain hygiene in kitchen areas
- Support chefs with basic prep tasks
Catering Assistant
- Assist in food preparation and service
- Set up catering stations and buffets
- Ensure timely delivery of meals
- Support team during events and functions
