Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within luxury dining or beach club concepts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Head Waiter
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with a guest‑first approach
- Guide guests through menu offerings and make recommendations
- Support the Supervisor in managing service sections
- Ensure tables are set, maintained, and cleared efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience in premium F&B venues
- Excellent interpersonal and upselling skills
- Strong attention to detail and service etiquette
Waiter
