🛡️ Duties & Responsibilities
HSE Manager
- Lead the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, ALDAR standards, and project-specific requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections across project sites.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to HSE teams.
- Prepare and present HSE performance reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety culture.
HSE Engineer
- Implement HSE plans and ensure adherence to project safety requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Coordinate HSE training and toolbox talks.
- Support the HSE Manager in audits and compliance monitoring.
- Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with ALDAR standards.
HSE Officer
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Report unsafe conditions and support corrective action implementation.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and maintain safety logs.
- Assist in incident reporting and investigation.
- Participate in safety meetings and awareness sessions.
- Support the HSE team in enforcing safety rules and regulations.
🎓 Requirements
HSE Manager
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in HSE roles within construction.
- Proven ALDAR project experience (mandatory).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
HSE Engineer
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience.
- ALDAR project experience required.
- Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations.
- Must be based in the UAE.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
HSE Officer
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction HSE.
- ALDAR experience is mandatory.
- Strong observation and reporting skills.
- Must be currently in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
