1. Waiter – Arabic language proficiency is a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service with grace, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage tables with precision
  • Provide menu guidance and recommendations based on guest preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

2. Supervisor – Arabic language proficiency is a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow
  • Lead, train, and motivate service staff to uphold brand standards
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with diplomacy and efficiency
  • Monitor inventory, coordinate shift schedules, and support team performance
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

3. Sous Chef – Grilling experience required

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and culinary execution
  • Lead the grilling station with mastery of technique and flavor
  • Supervise kitchen staff and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal innovation
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness, safety, and inventory control

4. Demi Chef de Partie – Grilling experience required

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sous Chef in preparing and executing grilled dishes
  • Operate the grill station with precision and consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen areas
  • Uphold food safety standards and assist in mise en place
  • Contribute to team collaboration and continuous improvement

5. Commis Chef

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs in basic food preparation and cooking tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations and equipment
  • Learn and apply culinary techniques to develop skills and confidence
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes
  • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
