🍷 Bar Supervisor

As Bar Supervisor, you’ll oversee bar operations, mentor the team, and ensure every drink served reflects the brand’s quality and flair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Train and support bartenders and barbacks in product knowledge and technique
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards
- Collaborate with management on cocktail menus and promotions
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly
🍸 Bartender
