Open Day Hiring Event for FOH and BOH Roles at Franky’s & Hawkerboi JLT

We’re opening our doors and inviting hospitality professionals to meet the eatx recruitment team in person. Join us for a walk‑in Open Day at Franky’s & Hawkerboi — JLT. This event is your chance to speak directly with hiring managers, learn about roles across our venues, and interview on the spot.

We’re hiring for both front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) positions — if you’re passionate about service, food, and creating memorable guest experiences, bring an updated CV and come ready to make an impression.


Duties and Responsibilities

FOH Roles

  • Greet and seat guests; manage reservations and waitlists.
  • Deliver attentive service including order taking, upselling, and handling payments.
  • Maintain dining area standards for cleanliness and presentation.
  • Communicate with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service and timely guest experiences.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.

BOH Roles

  • Prepare menu items to recipe and quality standards.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety following food safety regulations.
  • Support inventory and stock control; receive and store deliveries.
  • Work efficiently under service pressure while maintaining consistency and plating standards.
  • Collaborate with FOH to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience preferred for supervisory and chef roles; entry‑level candidates with strong attitude considered.
  • Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and time management. FOH: customer service and POS experience. BOH: basic knife skills and food prep knowledge.
  • Qualifications: Food safety certification preferred; relevant culinary or hospitality qualifications a plus.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
  • Attitude: Positive, guest‑focused, reliable, and ready to learn.
