We are hiring for the following positions:


1. Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Position Overview:
The Assistant Housekeeping Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all guest areas, and managing the housekeeping team. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service while supporting the Housekeeping Manager in the management of staff and departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager in daily operations and staff management.
  • Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, well-maintained, and organized.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are upheld.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

2. Housekeeping Supervisor

Position Overview:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained throughout the hotel. You will guide the team in executing their duties, managing inventory, and ensuring the overall upkeep of guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure all rooms and areas meet cleanliness standards.
  • Handle guest requests and address any housekeeping-related concerns.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment following health and safety guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

3. Assistant F&B Manager

Position Overview:
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager plays a key role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and other F&B services. You will help ensure that the dining experience meets the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction while managing a team of F&B staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations of the F&B department.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery in all F&B outlets.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Assist in planning and organizing special events and promotions.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a food & beverage role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of F&B operations, menu development, and inventory management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

4. Housekeeping Attendant

Position Overview:
Housekeeping Attendants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable, welcoming environment during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards.
  • Replace linens, towels, and toiletries in guest rooms.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damage to the supervisor.
  • Respond to guest requests and assist with any additional cleaning needs.
  • Follow all safety, cleanliness, and hygiene protocols.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to handle repetitive tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player.
