🧺 MERCHANDISERS
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing
- Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock as per FIFO standards
- Assist in receiving deliveries and verifying product quantities and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned sections
- Support promotional setups and seasonal displays
- Communicate low stock levels and customer feedback to supervisors
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred
- Physically fit and able to handle stock movement
- Attention to detail and product presentation
- Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
💳 CASHIERS
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate POS systems to process customer transactions accurately
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments with care and accountability
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at checkout
- Resolve billing issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
- Assist with bagging and customer inquiries
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
🗂️ ADMINS
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily documentation, reports, and internal communications
- Support HR, inventory, and finance teams with data entry and filing
- Coordinate schedules, staff attendance, and shift rosters
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for operational needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Ideal Candidate:
- UAE experience in administrative or retail operations preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
