We’re hiring for the following roles:

Baristas

Are you passionate about coffee and the art of brewing? As a Barista at Rowley’s, you will be the heart of our coffee experience. You’ll prepare high-quality beverages, ensuring precision in every cup, and provide a warm, welcoming environment for our guests. If you have a keen eye for detail, a love for coffee culture, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Job Requirements:

• Previous barista experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coffee and a positive attitude.

Runners

If you’re quick on your feet and love the hustle and bustle of a busy restaurant, we need you! As a Runner, you’ll be responsible for delivering food and drinks with speed and precision, ensuring guests receive their orders on time and with a smile. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the flow of service and assisting the team wherever needed. Must be energetic, efficient, and ready to keep up with the action.

Job Requirements:

• No prior experience required, but an interest in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• High energy, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Willingness to help wherever needed to ensure smooth service.

Waiters

As a Waiter at Rowley’s, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing top-notch customer service in a friendly, professional manner. You will anticipate guests’ needs, create lasting impressions, and ensure every moment is memorable. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want you on our team!

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A positive attitude, team player, and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
